Coffee’s not consistent (20%-30% of the time it’s not quite right).
Service is REALLY slow. Only 2 or 3 employees there in the morning.
I switched to the AT&T location. Drink’s ready in 5 mins or less, RARELY have to wait.

I asked the cashier working 7/14 at 9:50 am to remake my drink as it was missing an ingredient. She refused and told me they could add the ingredient on top. Thankfully there was a nice barista who insisted on making my drink again. It should not have been this hard.

It is a typical sit-in Starbucks cafe. The folks that work there are what makes the difference. I really appreciate their friendliness and their service.

Starbucks is what it is, but this location was very nice. I liked that it had the bench/bar seating where you could look out onto the street while sipping/catching up. The staff was nice, helpful and everything came out great. They also have water bowls in the back corner for anyone 6 may be walking their dogs, so that was also quite nice.
