I ordered 6 boxes a Pizza and I told them to cook with extra sauce and they told me to my face that they put extra sauce and when I opened the box When I got home the Pizza looked old dry They didn't even give me extra sauce so they did not give me new pizza they Did not gave me No hot Pizza the Pizza was dry there was no sauce and it was sitting I spent a good amount of money for 6 boxes a Pizza from there and he gave me some dry sitting Pizza I will not purchase Pizza from there again they say they cook it ready and it's hot that's a lie they gave me some sittin old dry PizzaThe question I wanna ask them is when did they stop servicing a customer I ask for extra sauce I pay for extra sauce so why are they being so selfish with Pizza sauce on the pizza

They told me it would take 10 minutes to make my pizza so I was standing in the lobby the whole time and instead of giving me the pizza they put it in the warmer and had me stand there for a half hour waiting for no reason when the pizza was already done and then eventually just pulled it out of the warm and handed it to me

If I could give 0 starts I would. I called at 10:20 and the phone went to voicemail saying they were on the phone. I then called 10 minutes later and it said the same thing so I just went to place a order in person, when I got there the girl up front told me I should have called ahead and that they don’t answer calls after 10:30 when I did call before 10:30. I have placed online orders later than 10:30 before and they answered the phone and I got my order placed. There is also NOTHING on the website saying that they don’t accept calls after a certain time, I looked to make sure. I am overall annoyed and the girl up front was dismissive and just shrugged her shoulders. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer like that especially reoccurring customers.

Today on my way home, I stopped to get pizza and when I open my box, it was a tick a bug of some sort I had to smash it right away. I was so disgusted. I called to To notify the restaurant and the first thing the manager said was I passed the health inspection and that notifies me that they obviously have been having some health issues and now I see why they have now built that big wall so that you cannot see them making the pizza and instead of them offering some sort of apologythey offered excuses they ask was it a DoorDash order so they could blame DoorDash? She’ll say it was the driver or they offered a bunch of excuses when I clearly told them I didn’t want any compensation. I just wanted them to take extra precautions and make sure that they do not serve people unhealthy items. The manager spoke in another language between the employee and between myself to translate and the only thing he could say was he passed the health inspection not that he’s gonna take extra precautions nothing other than he passed the health inspection, which makes it known to me again that he has some sanitary issues again I stressed to him. I don’t want any compensation nothing free, not a replacement pizza not even a refund just take extra precautions. My kids really enjoyed that pizza place and it was also extra convenient. I will now never shop there. I was also a loyal customer. I am also disgusted. I had to experience that type of nastiness unsanitary pizza experience any food experience bugs in your food that’s just nasty. You guys make sure to check your food at all times check the boxes before you leave in front of them.
