Dr. Van-Liaw is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of the Harris County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association. In addition to Pediatrics, Dr. Van-Liaw's clinical interests include Neonatal Medicine and Dermatology, two fields which she considered as possible careers when she was a medical student.
