He treated a problem other osteos couldn't fix and certainly other treatment specialist could not fix my problem. A complex problem, I had 3 different trigger points causing a lot of pain, and only Robert could unravel where and why it was happening.
He fixed me with 1 treatment -- months of not being able to sleep and agony gone with one treatment and keeping up with the exercises he gave me -- yes he gave me exercises as prevention.
As a former Toronto resident, I agree with one reviewer's comment that he would have a huge wait list if he was in Toronto where people are aware of the option and understand the benefit of osteopathic treatment.
This isn't a massage that feels good for a couple of days, this is a treatment to help address injuries, misalignment and pain. If you think you have nerve pain that requires a CAT scan, you might just have tight muscles and fascia pressing on nerves and causing pain. Before you go for surgery try an appointment with Robert instead!

This is not your traditional space for a massage or treatment but if you want the best man in Ontario to treat you then you are in the right space. His knowledge is exceptional and his understanding of the body and its movement is unbelievable. I lived with a hip problem for 25 years and left after one treatment with it fixed..Yes one treatment! If he was in Toronto we would join a waiting list for months to see him...and here he is in Kingston.

Mr. Black is an RMT and Osteo. If you are looking for a spa-type massage, it is not the place to go. If you are looking for your back to stop hurting, go see him! Honestly-he's very talented and has a wide range of techniques that he uses.

Again-he isn't in a spa, so don't go expecting waterfalls and white fluffy linens. He works out of an office. Everyone I know who has seen him comes out saying they feel better. For me, that's the best endorsement anyone can give.

The office was very cluttered and cold.

The massage therapist did not seem to understand the human body or muscle function. Overall it was very awkard and uncfortable.

There was no use of oil until the end of the massage when the therapist used taditional tiger balm for a minute or so.

I stayed the entire session and tried to give Mr. Black the benefit of the doubt but left very unstasified.
