They keep our property looking really nice and do a pretty good job of upkeep. I have a hard time getting any responses from Alec ever. I have multiple unanswered emails to pretty basic questions and it can be super frustrating. Ive had many neighbors tell me the same thing and was warned when I moved in 2 yrs ago that it was a problem. Overall if they could fix the responsiveness Id recommend them to everybody.

After dealing and working with many different HOA's in my time. I can truly say, Accord Property management has been amongst the best. The staff are friendly, and their service is timely and professional. Since moving into my new complex a year ago, there have been no issues with management, and always maintain the property to the fullest. Highly recommend them!

These guys have bar none been the best HOA management company so far. They have been a proactive company rather than reactive (approaching procrastinative). They have done more for our community in the past few months than any other HOA company has done in 2 years. They have paved our parking lots, fixed our flat roofs, fixed dangerous concert and steel stairs. We even had a resident drive through one of our carports and literally within 24 hours they had it fixed! I really am blown away. I have had so many issues in the past that I thought all of them are trash. But these people have restored that. I honestly can not recommend these guys enough. If your fed up with your HOA company and want someone who actually will give a damn about your community/property, pick these guys and you won't be let down.

BEST COMMUNITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. Kimberly takes especially good care of our community b y exceeding the quality of the last management company we had. We have made great steps to improving our community since taking on Accord. We hope the community continues to improve under their management. The last company screwed our place up so bad we still have a long way to go but I have faith Accord can do it.

Accord is super responsive and reliable. We love the way these guys work. They get things done and make our life simple! I’m an experienced board member, so I know how hard it is to deal with large HOA. Furthermore, the transition from a previous manager was seamless and with minimal guidance. Thank you Accord team you guys are great!
