Hey Starbucks. Here's a little industry secret you obviously either overlooked or didn't know about coffeeshops.

People come to them to work on their COMPUTERS. This location, which I heard you spent several million dollars to recently renovate, has two power outlets in the ENTIRE location for customers.

If your goal was to discourage people from coming to your locations, buying drinks and food, and working. Well done. It's working. I'll make sure everyone knows not to go to this location to work.

If that wasn't your intent, I would consider firing the person in charge of remodeling and designing your store footprints. Maybe also, re-examine who your customers are.

You are in the middle of Denver with lots of corporations and creative businesses with people requiring places to plug-in and work. It escapes me why you would have store location without any plugs.

It's always clean. They speak to me everyday and my drinks come out exactly as ordered and I make custom orders. Sidenote my drinks are always so pretty.

I paid over $5 for a delicious lemonade. I asked for just a little ice because I know how Starbucks is. They fill your cup up with ice and you get a few swallows of lemonade. It is so wrong to treat your customers like that. Well, I guess this is low ice. So sad. I don’t know why people love this place. I did complain. She just said ‘sorry’. Sorry not sorry I guess.

I've been going to this Starbucks location for many years, even braving the 16th Street construction barricades and detours. I was sad when they removed most of the furniture, but the store has now been remodeled and looks pretty good with a decent amount of seating and an efficient layout.

The store was clean and well-stocked on my latest visit. The staff was friendly and made my drink quickly. All seems well and with 16th Street now complete, I'll be visiting this spot more frequently.
