Returning packages is always a quick and fast service. Little run-down, but otherwise the service is good.

I showed up at opening time for a an advertised walk in TSA precheck enrollment due to the online rescheduler having a software glitch. No one else was in line and the staff member showed up a few minutes late and hadn’t logged in yet. I patiently waited for him to sign in assuming this would be quick since no one else was waiting. Then another online appointment showed up late at which point the employee told me I’d have to come back later and he MIGHT be able to fit me in because he will be backed up throughout the day……keep in mind I was there on time, at opening, no line, with all my application info filled out, and multiple required documents……Why on earth do they even advertise “walk ins welcome” if they can’t finish the simple application.
