Without going into details, I had a very bad experience, especially regarding the exorbitant cost of returning merchandise, which was $275, or 26% of my bill. I like to support local businesses, but I will never shop there again. It's much better to order online where satisfaction is guaranteed and returns are free! Plus, the prices in the store are 20% higher than online. Something to consider!

I witnessed a customer service incident Saturday morning. The cashier started yelling in the store, swearing and calling the customer an Indian, and saying she wouldn't set foot in her register again until she left. I wondered if it was orchestrated. Seriously, cashier, if you're too old to do your job with respect and courtesy, get out and do something else. This is discrimination and racism.

I've been going there for years for all sorts of crazy projects and even emergencies. The staff in materials, electrical, and plumbing are always available to help, even if you're not an expert. Recently, I contacted them for a part for an out-of-warranty appliance, explaining the unsuccessful attempts I'd made with the manufacturer. Wow, I received service that exceeded my expectations, and in less than two weeks, I received the part free of charge, since they had already discussed my design flaw with the manufacturer without me even asking. What more could you want? Excellent service with very close follow-up.
