I love this Sephora location! Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to makeup & beauty. I would like to thank Paulani (pretty girl with tattoos & lashes). She is always so kind, patient, and helpful when I go in looking for products / buying things. This Sephora is genuinely top notch and well organized. Thanks Paulani!

Today, August 27, 2026, around 1:40 PM, I went to the Sephora at Irvington and I-19 to buy a Dyson hair dryer costing $800 (which is certainly not cheap). Upon entering, only two employees greeted me—one with orange hair and the other with black hair—but neither approached me to ask if I needed anything. I went to the hair dryer display, and after five minutes passed without anyone checking on us, I had to go to the register to ask for help. The cashier with long hair was busy, though I saw her call for assistance. Ironically, four other customers entered after me and received personal attention before the staff finally came over to where I was. They really should have more staff on hand to provide good service to everyone; the service in the store was truly poor, and all customers deserve the same level of attention.

I went there around 5:30pm on Saturday, May 30th. This was my first visit to this location. I was excited to have a close Sephora since I live in Green Valley. I had gone in to get samples because I am getting married. When I approached two women and kindly asked for samples being that I was getting married, one woman with a bunch of tattoos and big eyelashes sighed and said “I’ll do it”. The other woman was kind and she and I spoke of our army spouses. When the girl that gathered my 4 samples returned, I thanked her and asked if I could please have one more sample of a concealer. I instantly regretted it. She was obviously annoyed and said “just so you know it won’t have much product since it isn’t a pump, just so you know.” I apologized to her and thanked her. I was shocked to have received such poor customer service at Sephora. I also have very sensitive skin so it is imperative that I try the makeup first. It made my happy visit extremely sour. What’s worse is she couldn’t even write the color I had or any description of the concealer.

I love this location I just wish they offered as many points or discounts as competitors around them. But love shopping here rather than Ulta. The employees are super friendly helpful and willing to help you. Highly recommend just wish they offered more coupons 💞🙏🏼
