I took my car in as it had some damage done to the front end grille area. They had someone inspect the damage and later sent a quote for repairs which was a reasonable price. I approved the estimate, made an appointment, and they did the repairs. However, upon picking up the vehicle I noticed that a piece of the front end grille area was still broken. The reason they gave for why they couldn't complete the work was that their "computer estimate program" was incorrect. They then said I had to pay for labor a second time to replace that piece... I am confused as to why I should have to pay for labor twice for their mistake of not ordering all of the parts in the first place.
I reached out for an explanation and got no response.

Great local service. Took my truck to PJ's, she's an old truck with a odd paint job, when I got it back it was perfect, they even replicated the "Custom" paint work. Very quick turnaround, and excellent body work. Highly recommend!

I took my car here a few years ago and realized I never left a review when talking about the experience with someone. They were fantastic from start to finish. My car went in in a timely manner despite being around a holiday and a time someone was off to recover for surgery. Good prices as well, and I couldn't even tell that someone had rear-ended me when they were finished. Truly a gem in our small town! Small town feel, city professionalism and quality.
