From my grandfather having been involved in the hospitality industry to my parents taking me to some of the best restaurants in Toronto, I have always enjoyed trying new foods and expanding my palette. From working in restaurant kitchens as a line cook to selling meat packages, the food industry has been my focus for the past 8+ years.
