As someone very hesitant to contact or deal with attorneys following a horrible accident, I can say that my experience with this firm has changed my viewpoint. It is essential to have representation who knows what they are doing and takes care of you. Heidi at this firm took care of everything in a manner such that I didn't need to re-live trauma or be stressed. My only regret is not contacting them sooner.

Mark & Harrison law firm represented me after an accident August of 2023. I was returning home from a doctors appointment and after doing a little shopping. It was my ordinary route that I took to avoid heavy traffic as it was around 4pm. I had just made a turn onto a road in front of a Wawa when a car ran the stop sign from Wawa’s parking lot and hit my vehicle. My vehicle was totaled. I was hurt and after a couple days ended up at the Hospital emergency room. I was concerned because I had surgery 6/7 months before the accident I thought that would have been held against me. I called Mark & Harrison and spoke with Mr.John Avery who advised me I indeed have a lawsuit. I went through over 2 years of treatment and physical therapy before being released by my doctor. This was my first ever filing a lawsuit and had not a clue what to expect. Mr. Ayer’s and his team held two negotiation meetings and a settlement was agreed upon at the second meeting. I am forever grateful to Mark & Harrison law firm for their knowledge, support and kindness during a very stressful time in my life.

They will explain everything to you so you completely understand what is at stake. My experience working this law firm was nothing but impeccable. From start to finish. At the time, I wasn’t pursuing a lawsuit due to working with the company that was responsible. However, it turned for the worst.
