I wish I could give a zero for this place. Don’t read it if you are white and rich. Such a terrible place for immigrants. Two people I dealt with just made me cry. First of all, they are racist (I am talking about this Asian doctor who treated me so bad based on my clothes and talked to me like I was so poor. He even refused to treat my son while finding excuses.) secondly, they are greedy. They charged me two times for my kid’s x-ray. The doctor told me there is no fee but when I was checking out they charged me and I couldn’t do anything. When I changed my appointment few times for my kids sedation, the owner and the lady who handle these things called me and said we are dismissed from their practice which was truly rude. Racism at its peak here at North penn pediatric dental :(

The women who worked on my teeth were wonderful! They talked with me not just about my teeth but about other things like my nails!! I also felt very safe while getting my teeth worked on! Overall my appointment was great!

We love NPPDA!! I took my daughter here for the first time when she was 1 year old, and we have been coming twice a year ever since. We have never had a hygienist who wasn’t amazing with kids. We are especially fond of Kelly B who is simply the best! The waiting room is so fun, the rooms are decorated with fish theming, and the kids all get to get a prize from the prize machines at the end.

We love NPPDA!
Our youngest struggles with his visits and no matter who we get they are amazing!
Today we had Robin (we typically have Dennis) and she stayed so calm and patient with our youngest. There was another lady that stepped in to help as well with the X-ray process but I did not catch her name.
Dr Katie—as always, is amazing (we prefer to go only when Dr. Katie or Dr. Wang are available as they have been seeing our children since the beginning and through some rough time).
