When it doesn't included pillow cases!
I bought a queen-sized down pillow and the Sleep Country location on West Broadway, and was upsold a 'pillow protector'.
I was surprised to learn that Sleep Country doesn't sell plain old pillow cases - you can only get them if you buy two with a matching sheet.
Basically, you're sent to look elsewhere for a pillow case, which to me is an essential part of any 'Sleep System'.
And another thing... when I called the Broadway store and told them I was looking for a queen-sized down side-sleeper pillow, I was assured they had them in stock. When I got there about 20 minutes later, went through the whole sales pitch and was convinced to buy a pillow protector, I got to the point of sale, and was informed that they didn't have what I wanted in stock after all.
