your warranty and after sales support really suck. over a year and many pictures by dealer and you still avoid the warranty issues. sad how long it takes. signed a customer with a bad back. PS can sleep better on a old sears mattress.

This company is the friggin worst that there ever could be. They do not want to ante up on their warranty whatsoever. The material they made my mattress with opened up and they said that is not covered. their mistake to begin with by using badly made fabric. Then I saw that while I was rotating the mattress the material sagged and after that I was so upset I wrote a letter more than 5 times to the company where I was told by the woman who is in their warranty department to basically take a hike. And people, don't go to the Ontario government Consumer protection cause in stead of helping you they tell you to go to small claims court so that will cost you another $150 or more and no guarantees you will win. I believe they crooks and the government does not care. So everyone who reads this for a review on whether to buy this brand or another, PLEASE, buy the other. You are are now warned.

For years I've had problems with finding something that is perfect for me. I toss and turn and need something with support. I don't know anything about mattresses, but the staff at DS made me feel comfortable. They walked me through different styles of beds and options and assured that the bed I was purchasing was %100 what I wanted, and not something they were trying to sell off the floor. From the time I contacted the company to inquire about them to the delivery to my apartment, the customer service was amazing.

There should be negative stars for this mattress! Within 3 months, we had 2 indentations with a hump in the middle of our king size mattress. Called the vendor several times, reluctant to deal with the situation and says the company is giving him a hard time to replace it ! Worst quality ever! Terrible mattress and terrible customer service.

I use to praise their prices and quality too which is why we bought almost 5 more mattresses since initial purchase of 2 in 2008. That all changed in past few months since I have been battling to claim their whatever 20 years warranty and it has been a rude uphill battle. Long story short, you are better off buying from a reputable company who are proven to stand behind their mattresses. DSB mattresses might be cheaper than market but when you have problem like me, they'll tell you it's "normal wear and tear". No one will call you after multiple requests and no one will come to take a look (they keep telling me to take a picture. if you know a way to grab sinking-in issue in a fluffy mattress be my guest to show). Also make sure their incompetency doesn't go one step further and correct mattress name is written on your receipt.

We bought the Venetian model almost 3 years ago now - and love it. I must say the quality of it and feel is the same as may of the big name brands I tried out - but I pay nearly half that price.

WORST MATTRESS I've ever bought. I bought a King-sized mattress from this Chinese guy "Philip" costing me $1450 including shipping. After 3 years, the indentation becomes unbearable, and I felt it's like two sinkholes in the beds. I'm so disappointed and I contacted Philip and he does not want to do anything about it. He kept on saying, their quality is good, and that if I want to use the warranty, and he can talk to his office and someone can come and make the decision whether it is eligible for warranty, and usually, it's very difficult to redeem that warranty... At the end, he never get back to me... very disappointed with Dream Star products and service.. I have to get rid of this mattress because it is now too painful to sleep in it.

We had a Dreamstar mattress custom made for our non-standard sized antique bed a little over 3 years ago. Pillow Top style with matching box spring. By year 3, the mattress has collapsed in the middle and the springs appear to have given up. Initially comfortable but now we are going to have to get another because this one is very uncomfortable. We even turned it over to try the bottom side in hopes it would be better. Same collapse :( No mattress should fail after 3 years of regular use by two seniors. Very disappointed and will avoid Dreamstar at all costs.

Worst mattress ever! Had it for less than 2 years. It was great at first. 6 months in not able to lay on it for any longer than 5 hours. Stiff, sore, neck, shoulders and back. The wife is experiencing the same thing. Both side have sagged creating a hump on the middle. Warranty allows for 2". The normal standard is an 1 1/2". Buyer beware!

i bought the mattress from a furniture store in cambridge, brought it home and WITHOUT bending the mattress put it in my bedroom. within three months the springs and popped out the sides of the mattress and even though i have the receipt, neither the store where i bought it or the company will replace the mattress. so really poor quality and really poor customer service.
oh, and im only about 185lbs so its not because im massive that the springs popped out.
