This place has almost no reviews, which is a big surprise, considering that the place is infested with bed bugs. I will write as many reviews possible so I can spread the word about the amount of bed bugs at this building. My roommate and I wake up with bite marks on our arms and legs on the daily. We stay at friends here and there, but we are also worried about giving them bed bugs. The building is also not sound proof. The people who live above us are constantly partying, and the landlords do nothing to stop it. There is pest control out front almost everyday, and yet there still seems to be bed bugs. Needless to say, once the lease is done we are moving out.

If I could give this place no stars I would. BED BUGS, yes I said it BED BUGS. After moving into this place for about a week or two, I had started to notice red spots on my arms. I did not think much of it, because at first glance it just looked like hives. As the weeks went by the red marks started getting worse, and it wasn't until I found one dead bug on my bed. From that day on I have not been back to the apartment. I refuse to go back. I have recently taken a great majority of my clothes out and brought it to a laundry mat (where I had to spend $100 to wash and dry my clothes). Do not be fooled by the hardwood floors, the ocean view, newly painted walls, and the wash room. The bed bugs in the apartment are abundant and believe me when I say that there will be a bed bug van outside the apartment at least once a week.
