I have to say, buying a mattress from sleep country was the worst experience of our lives. First, I was treated very poorly by a sales rep who refused to speak to me and only spoke to my husband even though I was the one purchasing the mattress, I sent an email to customer service who did not follow up with me until I CALLED THEM to see why no one contacted me. When a manager finally did contact me, she did not believe that that particular rep would treat me like that and did nothing to make me feel better or resolve my issue of being ignored because I am a woman. When the delivery men came today, they chipped the paint on my stairs and chipped the wood on the stairs. When I pointed it out to them they said, "oh sorry about that" and left. When I made it up stairs to see the mattress, i discovered that they had knocked over a dish of water (for the cat) and there was water all over the floor and down the hall way. Upon closer inspection, the mattress had gotten wet from the water on the floor. Our brand new mattress got WET because of the delivery men. This is the worst experience ever.
