I handle all my business here because they are knowledgeable friendly clean and quick, also I love the personalized service in a world where you lose so much connection. I came here last week to set up a private mailbox and had a great experience. The manager was super friendly and took the time to help me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made it very easy to get started.

I’m also really happy with how I get notified when my mail arrives. The mailbox service has been excellent so far and very convenient.

Highly recommend this UPS Store if you’re looking for a reliable private mailbox service and helpful staff!

I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store thanks to Nas. He truly went above and beyond with his kindness and customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, and Nas absolutely does. He is a huge asset to this location, and I’ll definitely be returning because of him. Highly recommend!

Found another UPS store near work and went on a weekday, mid-day.
Got lucky, was 3rd in line. While waiting, observed that the lone staff's customer approach and demeanor never changed. He was very professional, polite and exuded a very positive disposition.
I have found my preferred UPS store and will forego one near our residence that we have been going to.
Service is my top priority and Naz/Nash(?), the staff who helped me gets 5⭐ on service!

It was really busy but the guy at the counter, who was alone, kept his cool and just got it done. When it was my turn he was very friendly and smiled. Given there were still 3 people waiting and a steady flow of people coming in I thought it was great customer service. I would definitely come back!
