Service was so horrible i told them to cancel my appointment and I walked out. I arrived for my 3pm appointment and as the receptionist is helping me. The manager interrupts her and tells her to take a video of a customer saying that the service is great. Mind you they are offering you a discount if you make a video. So the manager comes to help me and asked did she have you fill out pawrwork. I said no so I asked what time will I be seen bc I have a graduation to attend and i have to leave by 5pm. She said “well your 12 mins late”. i said I wasn’t late and before I reminded her that she removed her employee yhay was helping me. I said you can cancel
The appointment. She asked why I said because you have a bad attitude. Then I asked for upper management information and she refused to give it to me. Yelling me I will have them contact you. I said no bother I should Be able to get that information from you. Her name is Jennifer and she is nasty, rude and has poor customer service.

My son got his braces adjusted with Laura and Dr Donatello here at the Royal Palm beach office! And let me tell you! She was soo good with my son and was patient with him as well, she was caring and took her time! I would definitely recommend them for your kids braces!! 5 stars well deserved
