I would strongly suggest staying away from this service.

I paid about $570 to repair my wedding ring and another band, including work that was supposed to involve adding gold and rhodium plating. However, no gold appears to have been added. Instead, the ring was stretched thinner and returned out of round, which is very concerning for a basic repair.

The rhodium plating also started turning yellow again within about a month.

More concerning, one of the diamond prongs appears partially damaged and another was left rough and catches on clothing. This was not mentioned at pickup.

I later showed the rings to another professional jeweller, and they were surprised by the quality of the repair.

I asked whether a partial refund would be possible so I could have the issues corrected elsewhere, but this was declined and I did not receive any further response after that.

This is my 14-year wedding ring and it was very upsetting to see it returned in this condition.

Very impressed by the quality of service here! I brought 3 rings of great importance to me as they were misshapen and pretty damaged/worn out. They were returned to me in perfect condition, they look like brand new now!

I was also very pleased with how friendly, kind, and knowledgeable the owner is and I felt safe leaving my prized belongings with her.

She went over every detail before hand explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done and even showed me some additional issues that needed care, needless to say I’m very impressed and feel much safer now the structural integrity of my rings is restored, the sizing fits perfectly and they have a beautiful shine to them again!

Highly recommend visiting for your jewelry needs you won’t be disappointed!

Rita is absolutely amazing! I brought in a bracelet where the clasp was loose and she fixed it right on the spot for me. I also brought in a very thin necklace that broke in the middle of the chain and she was able to fix it within 2 days. I can’t even tell it was ever broken. Not only is she an expert at what she does - she is extremely kind. I am so happy I found her!! Highly recommend.
