The Bridging Oncology Wellness Program helps jump start working on these wellness issues and helps patients manage thier wellness long-term with their primary care doctor. My approach is to empower cancer survivors to select which areas they want to start with and help them set goals and build on healthy lifestyle habits that have a positive impact on their life.
