Let me tell you, save your trip and go somewhere else. It is the 3rd time I buy from this place third time something happens with my order, I bought two paints one darker and one lighter , when I said it looked similar they pointed at one and said this is lighter, only to arrive home and opened to see they were the exact same. I ordered concrete, half of it never arrived called 7 times to hve the rest and kept asking me the name of the employee who took my order, they hanged out when I couldn’t give the name, I previously bought tiles and two boxes arrived completely cracked, if you still decide to go, get 4 pair of eyes on anything you do because it will cost you time and money.

Unbelievable poor service. I looked up camo edge screws on line. It said I could get it today. Weather it is in stock or I have to order it. I called the pro desk 3 times to ask. No answer. Drove 15 minutes to get to the store. There was 3 people behind the pro desk talking. I heard the phone and no one answered. So while I was there standing in front of the pro desk, I decided to call and see what would happen. There phone rang the 3 employees kept talking and Fourth employee came to enjoy the conversation. The phone ringing which I could and not a single person moved to answer. I couldn’t believe my eyes. There’s no one in the store, phone ringing right next to them and no one interested in asserting the phone. You wonder why people go to HOME DEPOT. Horrible Horrible

The first thing I noticed was the staff was very polite and welcoming. Most places you have to hunt someone down for assistance. George was great and went out of his way to help my husband and I. Whoever runs this store needs a raise!

Jorge helped me a lot. I’m truly grateful for his assistance. He is very knowledgeable and helped me find the part I needed very quickly. I really appreciate having employees like him who are willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Thank you so much!

I visited the Lowe’s in North Miami Beach and had a good experience. The store is very organized and easy to walk through, even though it’s huge. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made shopping easier. You can find almost everything there — tools, home improvement items, garden supplies, appliances, and more. It’s a great location when you need variety and space to look around comfortably. Overall, it felt like a reliable and well-managed store. 🧰🔧
