They discovered a method of freezing called flash-freezing. This process freezes food at extremely low temperatures in a matter of seconds, preserving the natural texture, taste, nutrients, and juiciness of foods so that when it’s time to cook, the great fresh taste comes through. As their reputation for quality foods and reasonable prices grew strong, so did the company. Within their second year of business, the first franchise location opened in Cambridge, Ontario and the continued success over the years has lead M&M to open over 430 stores Canada-wide, from the east to west coast as far north as the Yukon and Northwest Territories, making M&M Canada’s largest retail chain of specialty frozen foods. M&M continues to bring our customers hundreds of high-quality products in a friendly, convenient one-aisle environment. Read more
