Got a screen replacement for my iPhone 11. When I called to see how much the repair would cost, they picked up the phone right away and answered all my questions. I went to the Ashburn location where they fixed my screen at a reasonable price and worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend going to Alibaba Cell Repair if you are experiencing any difficulties with your phone!

Got a screen replacement on my old iPhone for way less money than many other places I called for a quote. I was given two screen quality options based on what price I wanted to pay, which is nice to give customers that option. I really appreciated that and not being forced into a higher priced option. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the replacement took less than an hour. Looked great when it was done, wish I brought it sooner. 5/5 — will be back again if I need any repairs again!

Ali has helped me with multiple issues on a variety of generations of iPhones & his work has always been excellent! He is prompt & efficient and I know that my phone is in good hands. He also always has an extra phone in stock when I inevitably lose mine & need a quick replacement. I’m pretty hard on cell phones so I’m glad to have found a reliable repair business!

I came to Alibaba after my iPhone X screen cracked, and ruined the camera as well. Ali was extremely knowledgeable, and very honest with what needed to be done. He has many different options of screen types to fit your needs. All are excellent quality. He opened my phone up and realized my camera was also broken, and we replaced that as well. The service was fast, and the prices were great. He did an excellent job, and I recommend this place for all phone repair needs.

Amazing experience. Took my daughters phone in to replace the screen and battery. It was so quick. Ali also showed me some great tips on my device. Went back the next day for an iPad and was equally impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Will definitely be returning if I have any other electronic device issues.
