Brandy at the window for the win on Customer Service. I appreciated her attentiveness with wiping my cup down before handing it to me. She also has a great attitude. Thank you!

We ordered via the App for curbside. We waited 15 minutes in curbside to only have to go inside. To my surprise, our food was sitting there . There were a lot of workers so I don't know what the problem was. I brought it to the manager's attention she gave us 3 five dollar off coupons, I was truly dissapointed. Next we looked at our orders to discover we were missing a meal which I had to go back inside for and watch and wait while my grandchildren were hungrily waiting at home to eat. The food was cold needless to say. This operation needs an overhaul. I spent well over 70.00 for horrible food and service. My only question is what's the purpose of curbside??? Zaxby got my last money tonight and somebody owe me for working curbside and I won't even start about the gas wasted. Get ig together folks

Nice and Clean. Amazing!!!! This is one of the best Zaxbys I have eaten. The food was prepared quickly and very hot and fresh. Oh, it was delicious too ( it is always delicious- I eat here about once per week). Dining area was clan and the customer service was pleasant.

We did not wait long to order and our food came out fast and it was very hot and fresh. I had only ordered three chicken fingers, but they gave me an extra! My husband went up to the counter to pay for some more Zax sauce but they gave us some for free. Very clean, very friendly staff.

I recently went there , drive thru line was long. Decided to go inside a least over 8+ people working inside. I noticed no1 welcome me, 2nd they took the time to acknowledge me to take my order and 3rd as I was sitting down I noticed my order came thru the service window ready to serve and go. I had to get up to ask if that was my order. Not so ever a great customer service. They need to pay attention more instead of talking or having chats in between then of personal stuff and take care the customer first. Very disappointed of this specific location. Very poor and lack of customer service!
