I have tried to give this company plenty of grace before leaving a negative review. While I understand the initial shipping issues were partly due to UPS, the company’s packaging definitely needs to be improved. I paid for overnight shipping, which was delayed. When the package finally arrived, the contents were completely crushed and unusable.
I contacted both UPS and the business. UPS informed me that because the business is the sender, the claim and the refund are entirely in their hands. I have been contacting this company's customer service since June 12 to get this resolved, and as of today, July 29, I am still waiting. I have complied with every request, emailed all the necessary documentation, and made numerous calls.
First, I was told a manager had to issue the refund. Two weeks ago, I was promised the funds would be in my account by the following Monday. When it didn't arrive, I followed up on Tuesday, and then again today, only to be told I have to wait another 5-10 business days. While $140.00 might not seem like a massive loss to a business, as a kindergarten teacher raising three kids, it is a significant amount of money to me. This company is failing to do their part in processing a rightful refund. Proceed with caution.

First time visiting DTFOrder in Dallas, TX, and I was extremely impressed. This place is truly a hidden gem. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Service was prompt, and they have an extensive inventory for all your custom printing, DTF transfers, t-shirt pressing, and embroidery needs.

I shopped around and compared prices with other companies, and DTFOrder offered some of the best value I found. A special shoutout to Jury for taking the time to help guide me through the process and answer all my questions.

I must say I visited the store. The service was awesome. We went in to have something simply done and realized we were in heaven. Everything that we needed everything that we desired was here they welcome us with open arms. Customer service is so awesome. I will tell anybody if you’re needing work done and there’s something that you like quick the place to go.

I've been an avid goer since they opened however yesterday Ashly made my business so much more worth it. I didn't think my order would be ready same day but they had it ready. Unfortunately, I saw the notice 45 minutes before they closed and it takes me 45 minutes to get there. After a few phone calls I finally got through and she agreed to stay 5 minutes after to wait for me.m but not after also offering to send me a photo to confirm the colors were vibrant for my larger order.

I will continue to give them my business for her going above and beyond for me. Her customer service and professionalism goes above and beyond. I've truly grateful.
