I ordered a delivery order thru Grub Hub. When the driver arrived with a sealed bag the restaurant had shorted me half of my order. Grub Hub will refund me my money but it's going to take 3 to 5 days. If the restaurant chooses to seal the bag so the driver can't check it before they leave, then they need to make sure they are getting the orders right. Do better Freddy's.

I keep trying and hoping that the service will get better and it is just a disappointment every time. I ordered through the drive thru. I asked for a chicken club-sandwich only, no combo. What was input was a chicken club plain. I asked for a large custard and received a regular. This is the third time I have received the wrong size custard. You absolutely cannot go into the store to order or you will never get your order. They prioritize the drive through over in store customers. I really love Freddy's food but it is a frustrating disappointment every time I come here.

OK, this place have terrible service. They have you waiting for a long time and they didn’t even know what I’ve ordered. I told him twice I had a mobile order. They close the window and I can see them standing around then he finally walked back to the window give me somebody else order I told him again. I had a mobile order and the name on it. It was absolutely ridiculous. This might be my first and last time.

This place still has that new restaurant smell. Service was pretty good and my food came out hot. It took a few minutes to get my food but that's to be expected when they cook to order. It is an interesting design choice to have to fight across the line of people waiting to order to get to the drinks station.

This is the newest Freddy’s in the area so it is busy. The line for the drive thru is insane but the wait inside wasn’t bad even with most of the tables filled. So you can probably get your food faster if you go in. I do think the dining room is too small for how many tables they crammed in there. People barely have room to scoot by the tables. It’s also pretty loud in the room when most of the tables are filled. The parking lot entrance/exit is a bottle neck, so be prepared for a traffic jam or park in the next lot over. The food was ok. Hot and fresh but not a ton of flavor and the patty wasn’t very crispy on the outside. You can add flavor if your dump enough fry sauce on it. The staff is friendly and they are trying to get the food out as fast as they can. Give this location a try if you like this chain.
