Drew is an amazing agent. I was so blessed to have found him! Selling my house was very challenging but Drew did it with style. He was not only a great person to talk to, he was on top of every detail as he both listed my house and represented me as a buyer. There were a lot of ups and downs in the process, but Drew handled everything consummate elegance. He was optimistic, yet he didn’t over promise and was straight with me. While I know he is busy with so many things, it felt like he was only working with me. He was detail oriented and never let me down when I needed him. This man is very good at what he does, and is a fantastic person all the way around. I’m so happy with how everything turned out because Drew works so hard and knows his craft. 10/10 recommend!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Drew, Billie Jo and the entire team! Selling our home in N.Y. while planning a move to Summerville SC could have been an overwhelming experience for two retired folks, but they made the entire process smooth, efficient and relatively stress free! In a little over a month before closing on our home in Syracuse we met with Drew and the hunt began! We had a tight schedule ( our home sold quickly in NY) and we were skeptical about finding a home in the 8 days we had planned to look. Our thoughts were to store our household for a few months while we found our forever home in Summerville. Well, after sharing these thoughts with Drew, he said confidently, "we will find you a home!" Two days before we left Summerville, we placed a purchase offer on a lovely home in Cresswind at the Ponds, a community we fell in love with 11 years ago! We are elated with our purchase! Drew's professionalism, dedication, and commitment to us made us feel supported the whole way! To us, closing on our home in Syracuse on 5/29 and closing here in Summerville 6/3 seemed daunting! Drew is an amazing realtor and an even better person. It's the main reason I asked him to help us buy a home. He is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the market plus his past experience on the mortgage side made him the perfect realtor for what turned out to be a challenging situation with my initial lender. Drew stepped right up and fought for our best interests. When things took a turn with that initial lender Drew was right there to offer up a solution in the form of a new lender. That lender saved our home purchase with just a short time period to work with. That was a direct result of Drew. He is the kind of realtor/person that can show you any type of home and guide you through that jungle, but also the kind of person that will stand up and fight for you.
