Nice and clean. Water shut down every week.

We lived here for a couple of years and found that the Administrator and the cleaner talk about tenant information (which should be private!) in hallways, or outside the elevator where others can hear it. Im surprised they don't have more lawsuits for violation of privacy! I was going to work one day and hover heard the cleaner telling a tenant that another tenant just received a complaint letter from the office. I don't need to hear that and I no longer have ANY confidence in how this building is being run!

Worst place to live in. Water shut-down five days in a week. Management is worst. There is not garbage room. The light fixing will be hanging, air flows in freely through windows and balcony doors. While vacating, they charge $1000+ such very silly reasons such as fingering prints on the window glass. The reason looks silly and no one believes it. But that's the truth.
The sound travels very easily to down floors, even if we walk.
Every month end, we see at least 3-4 units moving out. By looking at the main entrance, don't join this apt. If you need to live peacefully, stay away from this apartment (1867 bloor street, Mississauga; L4x1T4)

This building has been in constant repair. Unfinished hallways, broken front door (no security), constantly malfunctioning elevators. For a while the light fixtures in the hall were hanging outlets. Then, prior to the months end, they begin nagging for their next rent payment. They seem to be ungrateful and addicted to hiring incompetent construction help. I am fortunate that I had a friend who lived there because I was going to apply to move in. Save yourself and look elsewhere.
