Horrible experience with this place . We received the keys to this place on August 2025 . We received the house dirty from floors to bathrooms . Walls were not fixed or painted . When we finally moved out July 2026 we left the place so much better than how it was given to us . We had issues with the stove overheating and nothing was ever done . We repaired and repainted walls . We were denied our deposit of $2,500 . We are from Georgia and we have never had to deal with something like this . Very unprofessional.

Impossible to get ahold of. Called over a dozen times over a week, got through once only to be told they would call me back. No response. Texted both numbers, also no response. Worst communication I’ve ever experienced with renting. If I could give a 0 I would.

I am very happy with the home I have found through rentsux. Zach has been very nice and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone else looking for a decent place to live at a fair price in the sioux city area. :)

Don't rent from this place or company. From the beginning, we got a tour with the house fully furnished. We asked if the furniture can be removed since we have pets. We were told they were going to remove everything. They then changed their mind without communication, forcing us to move the furniture out to a storage unit that we paid for the entirety of our stay but we were told that we were going to receive our deposit back for the lack of communication. We never did. The day of signing, we get the keys and see the extreme amount of dead bugs over the house. The cherry on top was the dead and exposed mouse in the ceiling light fixture glowing from light. Months go by and the washer decided to go out as all things do. We put in a maintenance order in and let it go. Then a month went by. Then my wife went down to ask in person. Then her mom and father since I travel for work. I had to go in person after flying home and bluntly get them to our house. The dryer was the next thing to go out and the same thing happened. While in the process of getting our new house, my wife decided to let me know when I was across the country that there is mice in the ceiling in the basement and in the garage. And yes. There was no sense of urgency from the landlord till I went down there and expressed very loudly that we paid close to 3 grand for rent to be treated as such. I dont recommend the company or this house at all.

I rented my place sight unseen as I was transferring to the area in the middle of winter and could not get up here to visit different units. The place was not perfect and I didn't expect it to be they have been pretty good about getting in and getting things fixed when they could. But now as my lease is about to expire I have called in less several messages because I would like to find a little bit nicer of a unit to live in. Unfortunately I have not gotten any responses. I've enjoyed renting from this company as I said they've been fair with me and most things got fixed in a fairly timely manner. not sure why I can't get a call back from somebody but wish they would call back cuz I would like to continue renting from them just at a different location. If not I will look and see what other companies have in the area.
