I've lived at 171 lees for 3 years. its a well cared for building but the pool or hot tub are almost always under renovations. The location is perfect, really close to downtown and on the hub of the transit station, you can go anywhere from Hurdman which is just one stop away. I've never has problems with bugs, and its a very pet friendly environment. The downside is the lack of balconies, and the smaller one bedroom and two badroom have no storage space. Other than that, its a nice place and affordable.
