Service was terrible, very rude and not helpful at all. The one guy argued with me on what color i wanted for my tux. I was not impressed. I was told it was coming the next tuesday after i ordered it, and it never came so i called and the lady said itll be there the next tuesday so i go down on that tuesday and it wasnt there yet again. My event was that friday. They told me itll be there the wednesday (day after i went in) at 2 oclock and it wasnt. It didnt come in till 7 that night. Of course i was getting a little annoyed and worried it wasnt coming and each person was lying to me. And the lady could tell i was not happy, she told me to calm down and hung up on me. Never going there again. My first time renting a tux and ot was the worst experience of my life
