For a sandwich I had to wait on, the cheese was put on the bread, put in the microwave and out the window...No toast or nothing just dry...I had a blood draw that's the only reason why I didn't turn around and take it back....But the order taker was AMAZING

I ordered an iced matcha latte. There was so much ice that the straw couldn't even go in. I had to take out the extra ice, and the latte was only half a cup left. I often place orders here, but this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. I'm very disappointed.

Got here late evening to meet friends for a treat and discussion. Nice young man, Gabe, was working the counter and the drive thru. He could not have been nicer to people, both walking in AND driving up! 😄 He was just so pleasant and helpful and made drinks and filled orders quickly and kindly. We had so much fun that he gave us a kind, gentle reminder of what time the lobby was closing, so we didn't feel rushed. Nice young man. Lots of options for treats. We'll be back.

I usually never leave reviews but after the service I received from this young man, Omar Ali, I felt I had to. This young man was managing the store like he was the Ceo. Everything tastes so wonderful coming from his hand. Ive always been a dunkin coffee kinda gal and that's why I can say this guy, Omar Ali, just simply makes the coffee taste better. Maybe its his wonderful attitude, nice smile, or service. But I can definitely say, Omar Ali is what makes this location a five stars experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A brand “Next Gen” looking Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins with drive-thru just opened in Oaklawn. Really nice having a new Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins in walking distance to the Metra station with a super-fast digital menu board in drive-thru. The crew is really friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my order and suggest new items I may want to try. The store is always clean, the food is hot and fresh, and you’re always greeted with a friendly smile. The order/pickup experience is faster and easier, I can order at the new touch screen kiosks, speed through the drive-thru, or order on the Dunkin’ app and receive my food at the mobile pickup area. Love that I get to enjoy two awesome brands at one location. I tried the new ice cream flavor of the month, while getting my a pumpkin spiced latte and fresh chicken melt all in one order! Oaklawn and this Metra stop runs on Dunkin’!
