Dr. Brown & his team are phenomenal. From the moment of scheduling my consultation through Destiny to my consultation with Dr. Brown to surgery day to aftercare I was treated as if I was family. Within minutes of meeting Dr. Brown i knew I wanted him to perform my surgery. He is so compassionate & made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Even after my surgery Dr. Brown, Tabitha & Ashley went above & beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my recovery. I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Brown & his staff. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Joseph Brown and his team at Synergy MD more highly!

I had a full mommy makeover with Dr. Brown that included a breast augmentation, breast lift with areola resizing, tummy tuck, VASER liposuction, and diastasis recti repair. From my very first consultation through my recovery, the entire experience was truly exceptional.

Dr. Brown came highly recommended to me by a surgical tech from a previous OR center that I worked with professionally, so I already had a great deal of confidence going into my consultation. After meeting Dr. Brown and his team, I immediately understood why he was so highly regarded.

From the very beginning, Destiny was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, communicative, kind, and thoughtful, and she even helped work me in sooner when a cancellation became available. Kaylee was equally wonderful when it came time to schedule my surgery and worked with me to get the date and time I wanted.

And then there is Dr. Brown. From the moment I met him, his energy and bedside manner immediately put me at ease. He was humble, kind, warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. I never once felt pressured into having a procedure. He was always honest and transparent, giving me his professional opinion about what would look best and most proportionate for my body. He truly understands that every body is different, and I appreciated that he focused on what was right for me rather than simply trying to add procedures.

My consultation was comfortable, thorough, and seamless, and I left feeling excited and confident about my decision.

On the day of surgery, Dr. Brown and the entire OR team were so warm and welcoming. I genuinely did not feel anxious at all. Everyone made me feel safe and cared for. I joked afterward that I felt like I went to sleep and woke up a minute later, it was quite a long “nap,” but thankfully a very peaceful one! 😂

Dr. Brown’s bedside manner throughout the entire process has been incredible. He has always taken the time to answer every question and address every concern, including additional things I thought of after my consultation. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering anyone. Their communication has been exceptional, texts, phone calls, follow-ups, and questions were always handled promptly and thoughtfully.

I have worked in the medical field for 17 years, and I currently work with two major hospitals in wound care. Through my professional experience, I have unfortunately seen some very difficult postoperative wound-care situations following plastic surgery. That has given me an even greater appreciation for how important proper surgical technique, patient education, preparation, cleanliness, organization, and thorough pre- and postoperative care truly are.

Dr. Brown and his team exceeded my expectations in every one of those areas.

I also have to give a huge thank you to Tabitha, one of Dr. Brown’s RNs. She has been absolutely incredible throughout my postoperative care. She is compassionate, caring, attentive, and genuinely made me feel supported throughout my recovery. Having someone who checks in, listens, answers questions, and truly cares makes such a difference during a major recovery.

The entire team at Synergy MD has been professional, organized, clean, thorough, compassionate, and genuinely caring. I felt supported every step of the way, and that level of care is exactly what you want when trusting someone with such an important procedure.

I am beyond grateful that Dr. Brown was recommended to me, and after experiencing his work and his care firsthand, I now highly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I cannot express how incredibly happy I am with my experience here at synergy. Dr. Brown is a phenomenal human being and an absolute artist of a surgeon. Since the first visit I have been always been treated with warmth and kindness. The entire staff is so wonderful, Destiny at the front is an absolute sweetheart and has always been so helpful with setting every appointment while accommodating my schedule. Tabatha is the bomb, she always has an answer to my many questions, is so caring and gentle, as well as extremely supportive. Whether it’s helping me try on the sizers or explaining aftercare, every experience with her is wonderful. And Dr. Brown, he is such a genuine and down to earth person. He always makes me feel heard and understood. Every time I saw him he always brought such amazing energy. I am so happy I chose Dr. Brown as my surgeon; I’ve seen others for consultations but Dr. Brown stood out far beyond any other. I didn’t have a single doubt when choosing him, with all the photos from his gallery, and word of mouth referrals, I knew I was making the right choice. Although I’m only a few weeks post op, I’m already in love with my result so far.

Amazing work. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Brown and his team. From day one, he made me feel comfortable; never second guessing my decision. His team was great as well. I never felt uncomfortable to ask questions and they were there to answer anything. Dr Brown was patient and actually listened. From talking and going over all my options, never pressuring to do something I did not want to do. The day of surgery being so compassionate, best bedside manner. To all the follow up visits.
