In March 2017, I had taken my husband's suit to the dry cleaners to be freshened-up. I refused and returned it 4 times as the collar was lifted in the back, or perhaps not pressed properly, and a red felt lining was showing (on the dark blue suit)! In the end, the dry cleaners would not repair or accept responsibility! The suit had only been warn twice! As a long shot, I took the suit to Moores Garden City location (where it had been purchased) to see if something could be done. I was greeted by a very friendly young man who directed me to the Assistant Manager, Jerica Hogarth. She, in turn, asked the seamstress, Grace, to take a look. They concurred that the suit could be repaired. Grace did a wonderful job in fixing the dry cleaners mistake and, the best part, it was done at no charged. Amazing staff! It was refreshing, in these times, to find such wonderful, helpful, staff. "Thank you Moores."
