Saw a 3 or so of your trucks driving southbound on IL-29 on 8-7-26. Taking up both lanes, preventing traffic from flowing through. Trying to race each other or something. Then they were throwing soda out of the window at each other and some of it even hit another car that was stuck behind the one in the left lane that they were blocking. Really poor look on what doesn't seem to be a bad company

Cannot say enough good things about this company! Everyone from boss to office to crew was kind, helpful, and all around good people. I won't use anyone else again!

I had an emergency leak I only found when it dripped through the attic to collapse a section of my ceiling. Everyone at the company was GREAT from start to finish. The office helped me, kept me updated, and worked with my insurance. The owner came out that day to check it out and even patched things so I wouldn't have more damage while I waited for their schedule to open for a replacement. The crew was so quick, so friendly, and they cleaned up everything so I couldn't tell they'd been there. On top of that, my roof looks absolutely gorgeous. All my neighbors have commented on it so I'm not just biased.

I wasn’t even a customer, they were doing the roof next door to my house and every single person working there was so respectful. I asked them what time they were starting because I work thirds and needed to sleep and they all seemed very understanding of my situation and honestly I’m not sure if they were trying to be quiet but it’s the quietest roofing company I have ever heard in my town and I am MAD impressed, they didn’t even wake me up once! It is nice to see a company so caring of not just their customers but the others around them as well!!! 10/10 also they said they would be done by 3, & its 1 pm and they’re finished!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Massey Roofing provides top-notch service during and after installation, even going so far as to correct an issue for me that wasn't roofing related.
I had a new roof installed by Massey in October 2020. The workers were fast and efficient. By the time they left after two days, I'd have never known they'd been there except for my brand new roof. This roof includes a 50-year warranty and the first 15 years of that is fully transferable.
Fast forward to October 2024. I noticed a wet spot on the roof long after the rest of the roof had dried. I walked around the neighborhood and nobody else had a wet roof.
I called Massey and talked to Jessica in the office. She actually remembered me from four years earlier! I told her my concern and she said she'd have Dennis come out.
Dennis (who was the sales person who helped me with choosing my roof in 2020) got up on the roof and invited me to come along. He'd suspected the issue was with the chimney and not the roof before he came out since the wet spot was directly below the chimney. Sure enough the cap on the chimney was the culprit.
He said he'd make sure a couple of Massey's staff would come out and take care of the problem. The next week they did, securing the cap with four screws and rubber washers and caulking around the bottom. They did similar caulking in 2020 (while also giving the chimney a much-needed paint job!) but Jared caulked the same area again just to be safe. He said if there were any more problems, to just call they office and somebody would be out. And for this service four years after the sale that had nothing to do with the roof I never got a bill!
I can't say enough about this company. You can rely on them and trust them for all your roofing needs.

Massey Roofing was professional all the way. They hammered in every shingle. Dennis Hammer was a great person to work with. He handled everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend their work.
