A severed cam sensor wiring harness left me stranded. The AAA dispatch recommended getting my car towed to the Sparks auto repair center. I'm not familiar with the Reno/Sparks area and was grateful that the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They ordered the wiring harness and had me back on the road in under 4 hours, even though they did not guarantee same day repair. Their facility is also very clean and hospitable.

I am always confident that I am getting quality service at a reasonable price. Ben and Chris made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Ben even called three days later to ensure that my vehicle was ok and I did not have any further questions. Who does that anymore! AAA in Sparks does.

Always a pleasant experience, appreciate getting a very detailed inspection with photos of anything that could need service in the future and reasonable prices for the services I selected. Ben is the best and provides high quality customer service. We’ll be back in a few weeks with our next car needing service!

Ben at AAA at Sparks location is exceptional. He’s thorough, explains everything clearly, and even points me in the right direction for further help with my 4x4! He’s quick when in need of air in tires and always shows up with a smile and great service. Really appreciate his professionalism. Thank u Ben!!

Ben! Ben at the counter is amazing! He knows his stuff and wouldn’t steer you wrong… he tells you exactly what needs to be done and what has a little extra time. Very admirable, if knowledge on cars isn’t your lane. I pretty much get routine oil changes done here and would say it’s a good deal! Guys or gals in the garage work in a timely fashion which is always a plus! 1000% recommend this shop!
