This company doesn't fool around! The young man who replaced my faulty door lock, my key was no longer working and couldn't open or lock my front door anymore, moved swiftly. They came the same day and there was a severe rain storm on Wed. He kept calling me and updating me cause he was delayed because of the storm. He was so polite and informed me of the problem and knew exactly what he was doing. He gave me a few choices of different locks and replaced it in 20 minutes. He even fixed my door handle plate. For 16 years my front door wouldn't stay closed without locking it. No issues at all now and I wish I could remember his name, because he is an exceptional and polite employee. I would recommend them for sure without hesitation and the price was really reasonable, honestly!

I really appreciated Alex’s excellent communication and hard work. He kept me updated on his ETA since he was driving from quite a distance, and he took the time to answer all of my questions as someone who had never dealt with a locksmith before. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Alex from Locksmith came to help with a couple of locks in my house, and he was excellent! He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the difference between the high-quality locks Locksmith installs and the cheaper ones you can buy at retail stores, which I really appreciated.

His communication was fantastic from start to finish, and the quality of his work was outstanding. I highly recommend Locksmith, and especially Alex. He did a wonderful job!
