I came in here looking for a specific pair of work boots. The customer service representative (a nice young lady) was helpful, but told me the boots weren't available in my size. When I inquired as to why, she told me they were all sold out of that particular size, but that they would be re-stocked by the end of the month. I asked her who was responsible for this debacle, and she explained that decisions on the quantity of sizes ordered were made at a higher level, based on average sales country-wide, and various other factors. I had no choice but to be miserable towards her and assign her blame anyways.
