If I could give more (way more) than 5 stars, I truly would! We got connected with Select Restoration Services after our basement unexpectedly flooded after a big storm. It coincided with a busy and stressful time for the family so this happening just added to the stress. However, we could not have been luckier. Select Restoration Services came on the day of to tear down all carpets and dry walls necessary to mitigate the damage, which already took away a lot of our stress. We expected restoring our basement would be a months long affair: not only we needed complete reflooring, but also we decided to tear down the basement kitchen, paint the wall behind it, restore the baseboards, add shoe molding, add a carpet runner on the stairs for safety... However, the team did EVERYTHING (consultation, providing us with samples for flooring and carpets, reflooring, restoring baseboards, turning off water supplies and high voltage plugs from the kitchen, adding carpet runner and shoe moldings, repainting the walls) in just 2 weeks, starting immediately after tear down! We were absolutely amazed! In addition, the level of responsiveness was unprecedented: I have never ever worked with a company where I get a response to my messages within 5-10 minutes at any hour of the day! Cost wise also, the people were absolutely incredible to us. Understanding our situation and that we were operating under insurance policy caps, they did their absolute best to keep our bill below that, and were very much successful. I am genuinely giving out their information to home owner friends now at every opportunity. If you're looking for impeccable service in every way, look no further!

I recently experienced a fire in the workplace and found John and his team to help retrieve any art and furniture that was not damaged by the Fire and Water. They were very easy to work with, compassionate, patient and professional. After a week they had done a beautiful job cleaning each piece and getting the smell out of everything!

John was amazing! We had a sewer backup in our basement. John was quick to respond, professional, polite and extremely helpful. He provided honest advice and shared contacts for other trades he trusted. He definitely went above and beyond what was expected. We would recommend without hesitation.

I had a flood in my home and was very impressed with Select Restoration. John handled communication with my insurance company on my behalf and went above and beyond by sourcing flooring samples when my existing flooring was no longer available. As a busy professional, this saved me a great deal of time and stress. The crew was polite, clean, and efficient, and the work was completed professionally. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with the service provided by John & team. After a middle of the night basement flood, John responded promptly and walked me through our options. He was onsite all day to clean up and identify the cause. He helped explain the insurance process and worked with our insurance adjuster to help expedite our claim.

We were so pleased with John’s attention to detail and responsiveness that we also used Select for our repairs. The work was completed quickly, without much disruption and our basement now looks better than it did before the flood!

Highly recommend John and Select Restoration!
