Stay away from Rescue Restoration. They never finished the project and damaged stuff while doing the project. It has been over a year and they are demanding payment, but have not finished. The quality of work is terrible. Nothing was done in the correct order and they won't fix it to make it right. They painted out Cabnets and used a brown caulk to cover mistakes. They got polyurethane on our stone fireplace and all over the baseboards. They stained our kitchen island. They put in new door casings and never used wood filler in the holes. The list could go on forever.

Highly recommended by our trusted plumber, and so fast to come help mitigate water damage that was found. Always positive team, kept telling us they would fix it as if it never happened! There were many unexpected challenges as the Rescue team removed affected areas and did many preliminary repairs. Then the Restoration team came in to finish the rebuild portion in three days! Everyone on both teams went way beyond expected to get our bathroom back beautifully. We are especially appreciative of the great detail that Inspector Mark Grow put into his estimate for the rebuild portion. It made it easy to address some of our concerns, as well as negotiate projected costs. Grateful!

I was extremely disappointed in the technician Kyle Mackey (& even more so with his superior, Josh and how he handled the situation). The process was not clearly explained and they failed to tell me that the spray on my vents would not be painted to match my ceilings leaving the job unfinished and my custom home in disarray. The cost to take a paint brush and paint over the vents would be minimal. A company that prides themselves on customer service would’ve said we will take care of that for you and finish the job. Hector & Elliott who actually came out to do the work were great. They were very polite and customer oriented. Their superiors could learn a thing from them about customer service. Hector & Elliot said they would be happy to paint the vents, but his superior (Josh) told him otherwise.

I wouldn't recommend this company. Came out for a quote and instead of explaining and going over the quote they just gave a price. Our mistake was not asking for more details initially. But we did call to receive a more detailed invoice after paying a deposit. They proceeded to come out and do their work and bring out another estimator for other work and we still didn't receive the detailed invoice. We called and emailed multiple times and started to felt like we were getting scammed. Communication wasn't great and we had to reach out for everything. When they were coming out, again for the invoice and when they were charging us for the work. The work needed was leak detection and cut out the wall because we had mold. A lot of the items charged just seem unnecessary. The 2nd estimator came out for drywall repair after the other tesm cut the wall out. Just over priced for a small area and quoted over 1,000 and found quality work under $600. Not to mention we even reached out to the first estimator for the detailed invoice and he seemed shocked we were even asking and didn't know what to say. They also left some items here and didn't dispose of everything like we were charged for.

We had a leak in our dishwasher create damage in cabinetry and a wall. Rescue Restoration assistance was immediate. From dealing with the initial problems to the rebuilding of some cabinets, the entire group of professionals we dealt with were fantastic. Work was exceptional and was explained in detail. Hopefully, we don't have another issue requiring their assistance. But if we do, I will head straight to the people at Rescue Restoration.
