My reach in closet and bathroom cabinet are absolutely great. Diana was great to work with and went to bat for me on the price. We had a small issue with part of the installation and Closet by Design rectified the situation immediately. I couldn’t be happier.

We love our new closet! The design coordinator was precise and friendly. The quality is wonderful! We had a closet, some shelves in the garage and the master bedroom too. The manager stayed on the phone to ensure it went smoothly. Everything was done in a day!

I hired this company for a closet upgrade, but the results were disappointing. During the removal of the old closet, they damaged the drywall and proceeded to install the new system without addressing the damage. I had to bring in another professional to repair what they left behind. The workmanship did not justify the cost, and they failed to disclose that they do not take responsibility for wall damages caused during removal. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Update: I have to change my rating of this company because once I posted this review, the company got in touch, acknowledged the communication gaps, and refunded my repair expenses. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue.

Busboy was our closet installer. His work was fabulous. He took his time. He was very involved in answering any questions that we had as he put together the closet in our upstairs master bedroom he took his time and he did a fabulous job. His cleanup was fabulous no dirt or residue was left behind the closet came out beautiful. I would definitely recommend using Closet By Design and the installer.Bushoy as I mentioned, he did a fabulous job. I would love to give him 10 stars.

I've just had my closet remodelled by Closets By Design and I couldn't be happier. Erin, the designer, worked with me to come up with what I wanted -- if anything I was upselling her. The pricing was reasonable.

Today was the installation by Alonso and Javier and it went smoothly. They were at my door exactly when I expected and the whole installation took about five hours. It fully meets my expectations.

With that said, the key to a successful project is proper prep. Beforehand, I removed the old shelving, baseboards, and carpeting. I patched the walls, repainted, and put down laminate flooring. Everything was ready for an easy install and everything came out really nice.
