This is Harleen Bindra from 210 Steeles. I want to thank you for finally giving us Raquel and Audie Martin as our Managers. After long time you have given us loyal and Hardworking Managers. I have been after them since long time to apply for the manager post ,but they never agree. Since they join there are hardly any police cars we see around our building. so that means they are doing there duties very well.

I have lived at 210 for 2/3 yrs. In that time my wife and I have received several notices that pest control needs access to our unit to lay cockroach traps due to our neighbours having bugs. The traps came back empty but they still decided to spray our units as a precaution. The process to prep for this is a huge inconvenience. The end result looks like your moving out of your unit.

Recently our pool went down for 3 wks, we went from 3 operational elevators to 1, and the gym was closed for a few days because of a "health risk to users".

Why am I paying one of the highest rents in brampton for a building that has such a lack of amenities.
