Had a wonderful experience with the team at Carstar Glendale. They went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was taken care of in the most efficient way possible. I had a State Farm claim for a bumper than needed replaced on my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe. Within just a few days, my vehicle was unrecognizable! Not only did they replace my old one with a beautiful update new one but they cleaned the car so well! My gray hubcaps are actually white! They made me realized that with a little care this car could be pretty nice. The staff are of the highest caliber or efficiency and professionalism. I would never go anywhere else!

Had a slight unfortunate fender bender incident in a parking lot recently. It wasn't until then i realized how few bodyshops have experience working on EV's. After quite an extensive search, I found this place with tons of pictures of EV work done including Mach-E, Tesla, and a few others. So I brought my Taycan here. Even though it was a minor cosmetic damage, their service from start to finish was super painless and easy to work with. The scheduling coordinator (Catherine) reached out to me soon as I designated them as my desired shop from the insurance company's database. The initial assessment (Robert/Vartan) were professional accompanied by explanation of the process and estimated repair time. All throughout the repair process, I received multiple updates both from the scheduling coordinator and the automated system. In the end, the car was done ahead of schedule. The paint matching was spot on from what I can tell. Everyone in the office was professional, friendly, and most of all, they took care of all the paper work and back-and-forth with at-fault party's insurance company so I didn't have to do anything other than picking up the car.

Even though it was a minor cosmetic damage this time, I would still recommend this place to others.
