Honestly this place is run like a shit show , Brian the superintendent is as lazy as them come lies about everything won't clean the common areas on a regular basis, properly managing won't return phone calls when calling about issues. So outdated some Tennants have resort to cleaning the floors they live on.

It's a great building to live in. very friendly neighbors. Also, great super intenants who take care of the building.
