Tri R has to be one of the worst companies, if not the worst I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. Shoddy work, workers with horrible attitudes, jobs done half ass. Could not recommend less! If I could give it 0 stars, I would!

Be aware of their invoice and scam. They gave me technician hourly rate different and charged different in invoice with increase hours. Also their tech stay on phone most of the time during visit. Zero star.

We used Tri-R Mechanical for our walk-in freezer and were very happy with the service. They were incredibly professional and helpful with the repairs we needed. They kept us updated on every step from finding the problem to getting the necessary parts and finally to installing the new components. We will be using them for all future repairs.
