Came in to inquire about the flat rate shipping sizes was told “UPS never had flat rate” despite UPS having flat rate. When I pointed at sized boxes with prices the clerk denied they were for sale as well. I just opened a new small business that was looking to ship out quite a bit but I guess this UPS store doesn’t any my money.

I went there for Amazon return and had a nice experience. Everything was quick and easy. The staffs were friendly and treated me nicely. Happy with the service.

Service was quick and convenient. I had to return an Amazon package and was very pleased with the service and friendly staff. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone in the area.

I went in to do an Amazon return. A “free” Amazon return. They tell me that they have to charge me $3 to print the label and then extra for tape to close up the box and put the label on. Amazon clearly stated that all I needed was the bar code and the product, boxes were not required. I put it in the box because I still had it. I left. Talked to Amazon customer service. They switched my return to Staples and said there was no reason that the UPS store could not have used the bar code. Rude staff, horrible customer service!

The staff gives you such a hard time. You pack according to the instructions, and it tells you to simply attach the label to manufacturer's box, and if it is not in a box, even though it was even sent to you in no packaging box, they tell you it will get broken through delivery. Really? Isn't that what they are suppose to be all about? Delivering packages safely? By the way, the package arrived perfectly intact. Got refund from merchant with no problems. The only problem was the attitude of the counter help. This has happened to me more than once, and to my wife as well.
