Very clean and friendly building. Some of the units have been renovated but even the older units are spacious and they are expected to continually renovate the building. Just recently the owners did the exterior in stucco plus new glass balcony railings. The roof is being re-done in late January plus the lobby is being re-done since it is out-dated.
