Yes, my family and i just moved out a few weeks ago, owner kal sall and jerry said to us trailer court was safe and quiet nice neighborhood and friendly people, sadly this park is quite the opposite. our trailer was condemed for electrical safety and the plumbing has never worked properly. we had no running water for 4 weeks. and no sewage. we were expected to use our neighbors washooms. i would never recomend this park to anyone. not a safe place tolive.period.
