okay so get this: I saw the 2.9 stars rating, I checked some reviews, I saw one of the top reviews was an obviously ChatGPT generated text 1 star review on this place and I knew I had to test this location LOL. 🤣
this Wendys seemed good to me, went through drive thru, got my order fast, tasted good+normal, I even asked for "handful of extra ketchup please" and the girl at the window happily went and got it and said "have a nice day" , 5 stars from me.

again when I saw the ai text generated review i just laughed, it was so obvious, starting paragraphs with emojis, the usage of "em dashes" and perfect usage of hyphens and grammar, hey I mean I guess it actually pushed me to get some food and make this review lol

When someone asks for no cheese and you make the mistake of putting it on letting it melt on the patty, and removing it, thinking thats ok....its not! Some people are allergic and thats why people ask for certain things, if I didn't check my sons burger he would have ended up in the hospital. Zero stars if I could!

This location is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. I came in today and they made me wait for my food for over 10 minutes, when they finally brought it the fries were hard and cold. So I go back to return it and get a refund and they tell me their system is down. Mind you I returned the food, so they give me a number to call instead (turns out it’s the wrong number). I go back in to speak to someone again and apparently there is no manager on site. Y’all are trippin trying to give people cold food, making them wait and still not wanting to Process a refund on the spot. Avoid this location they know nothing about customer service or how to manage a business. I will be back thought because I never got my refund !!!!

⭐ 1 Star — and that one star is me being forgiving.

I genuinely don’t know what’s going on at this Wendy’s location, but after four separate visits, all after 9 PM, I’ve hit my breaking point. Every single time, something has been wrong with the order—every time. Missing items, incorrect items, or food so old it’s honestly shocking it was served.

The buns were hard and crusty, the meat was dry, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. This wasn’t a one-off mistake. This has been a consistent pattern on multiple late-night stops, and it shows a complete lack of care or quality control.

I can’t speak for the daytime crew, but late-night service at this location is consistently the worst fast-food experience I’ve had anywhere. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly baffling that this keeps happening.

I’m leaving this review not out of spite but to get attention from management, because something here needs to change—urgently.

food was okay/: didn’t go inside so can’t tell take much about service & atmosphere. sandwich was pretty dry & simple. salad was okay ig . wendy’s is just meh idk /:
